Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage, then securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or use our portal to schedule a convenient home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
